“Throughout the winter months (until the end of December) I’m still touring with ‘December’ with a sprinkling of older and newer songs.
This was my first and only entirely solo collection of songs. I had no idea how it would be received, although I was trusting in the fact that most people tend to see me perform solo & still come back so I was hoping this might be a good sign.
Turns out the reviews have been 100% good. I even got my first ever Guardian review.
The CD and vinyl album have both sold very well, and I’ve been having the best time touring the songs, making new friends & meeting old ones around the country. Thank you to all the programmers who have booked me and all the lovely people who have come to sing along and wave.
So I have decided to make a second solo album……”
