Panic Brothers Presents: a series of 80s cabaret style evenings of music, spoken word and comedy with Panic Brothers Rich Morton & Reg Meuross, and a string of special guests – now moves to the Convent Club – Stroud.
The Panic Brothers are musician & stand up comedian Rich Morton and singer songwriter Reg Meuross: two men, two guitars, two mics & two voices that blend so well it’s hard to tell which is which. It’s rare to find a pair who work so well together in every way – writing, music, vocal, and a captivating on-stage chemistry. #PanicBrosPresent is a series of foot stomping, side splitting shows, each kicking off with the legendary Panic Brothers’ high energy, punchy “combination of sharp, witty songs, tight harmonies and powerful acoustic guitars” [Time Out], and each headlining a very special guest in the second half. The series kicked off with Jo Brand and John Hegley and now begins a string of cabaret style music & comedy gigs at the stunning Convent Club nr Stroud:

Back the late 80′s ,The Panic Brothers’ rock and rollicking heady heyday, the fast paced, close harmony, high energy duo were tagged ‘comedy Everly Brothers’ with what Robin Denselow of the Guardian described as “spine-chilling harmonies”. Many of their stage companions of that time on the Alternative comedy circuit have gone on to become household names; the likes of Paul Merton, Phill Jupitus, Jo Brand, Harry Enfield, John Hegley.
After a break of 25 years, they thought they’d see if they could still reach those beautiful high ringing notes and found they could! This year they have persuaded some of these laughter barons and baronesses to leave their gilded fun castles and come and join them for an exclusive series of one-off performances by some true British comedy legends and the Panic Brothers. #PanicBrosPresents
